Overview
The Warehouse Distribution Centre, Fishermans Island, port of Brisbane comprises 55,000m2 under roof and has a reach stacker, container handling apron fronting and loading dock.
WSC provided structural and civil engineering services to the project.
The building structure comprises conventional portal frames with a post tensioned warehouse slab.
The civil design incorporates a 250 thick post tensioned loading apron capable of supporting 80 tonne plus axle loads/
