WSC predominantly employs permanent staff which returns continuity and consistency of service to our clients.

The close relationships developed with our staff allows greater understanding within the workplace and consideration is given for each individuals external commitments. Employees are paid as salaried staff and have the associated benefits of paid annual leave, sick leave and statutory holidays.

We are committed to staff training and support staff in their Continued Professional Development requirements. Technical staff are provided the opportunity of external tuition in the use of existing and developing software.
